About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting and qualify inbound leads within the healthcare sector. You will engage primary care practices, specialty clinics, and physician groups through phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified opportunities for our US‑based Account Executive team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach to primary care practices, specialty clinics, and physician groups via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, content downloads, webinars, and events.
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the Account Executive team.
- Maintain a clean, organized pipeline in HubSpot, logging activity and managing deal stages.
- Research target accounts and personalize outreach to practice administrators, office managers, and physician owners.
- Consistently meet weekly activity and meeting‑setting targets.
Required profile
- Native or near‑native English fluency with clear, confident verbal communication.
- Strong written English capable of crafting polished, professional emails.
- Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on outbound calls.
- Healthcare or B2B sales experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms is a plus.
- Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet professional workspace.
- Proven ability to achieve goals, quotas, or performance targets in previous roles.
Required skills
