Recruitment Specialist – High Volume Hiring

About the role

The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with the Recruitment Manager and key stakeholders to drive high‑volume hiring across the organisation. The role focuses on attracting, evaluating and onboarding top talent while promoting the company as an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities

• Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews using reliable selection tools, and assess candidates' knowledge, skills and experience.
• Develop and update job descriptions, perform job analysis, and post vacancies on appropriate job boards, newspapers and educational institutions.
• Source candidates through databases, social media and other channels, and build influential relationships throughout the selection process.
• Onboard new hires, manage relocations and the intern programme, and ensure compliance with HR recruiting best practices.
• Provide analytical reports, monitor recruitment metrics, and continuously reduce recruitment costs.
• Collaborate with internal business leads and external agencies to anticipate future hiring needs and execute proactive recruitment strategies.
• Analyse market trends using statistical methods to benchmark talent attraction and retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret recruitment data and market trends.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, job analysis and employer branding.
• Ability to develop interview techniques, rating scales and assessment exercises.
