Recruitment Consultant – Full Cycle (Remote, South Africa)

About the role

Pear Tree is looking for a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to manage end‑to‑end hiring cycles for its clients. Working remotely on South African business hours, you will source, assess, and place candidates while building strong client and candidate relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using top recruitment platforms and build a robust talent pipeline.
• Pre‑screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Prepare candidate profiles, manage interview scheduling, and coordinate offers.
• Define job descriptions, maintain project documentation, and track recruitment project progress.
• Communicate hiring needs with clients, present shortlisted candidates, and provide status updates.
• Maintain candidate engagement by delivering timely feedback and job updates.
