Recruiter – Nursing & Homecare

About the role

We are seeking experienced Recruiters to join a fast‑growing UK healthcare workforce provider. You will specialise in either the Nursing or Homecare division, sourcing, screening and placing high‑quality healthcare professionals for NHS, private hospitals, care homes and local authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Source and place qualified healthcare professionals across your specialist division.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Conduct interviews, screening and compliance checks.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and internal teams.
• Support fast‑paced staffing requirements for UK healthcare clients.
• Ensure compliant, high‑quality placements within required timeframes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in UK healthcare recruitment (Nursing or Homecare).
• Strong understanding of NHS, private healthcare staffing or homecare/social care environments.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Target‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
