Recruiter – Global Talent Sourcing

About the role

Activate Talent is seeking a high‑performance Recruiter to source and place top global talent for fast‑growing consumer brands in the United States. This role is fast‑paced, results‑driven, and fully remote, focusing on proactive talent hunting across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage top‑tier candidates in LATAM, South Africa, the Philippines, and other global markets.
• Recruit for diverse functions including operations, executive support, marketing, finance, eCommerce, CX, creative, media buying, and leadership.
• Design and execute outbound sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, communities, and social platforms.
• Screen candidates, assess skill fit and cultural alignment, and maintain a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to define “great” talent and deliver compelling candidate summaries.
• Manage pipelines, meet recruiting and placement targets, and uphold rigorous quality standards.

Required profile

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (preferred).
• Strong outbound sourcing ability and self‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• High accountability, detail‑orientation, and comfort working in a fast‑moving environment.
• Competitive, hungry, and motivated by results.
