About the role

Join Kurt Geiger’s prestigious retail team at Waterfall Mall, Rustenburg as a Permanent Store Assistant. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a premium shopping experience for customers who appreciate luxury footwear and style.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cash desk duties with precision, ensuring zero variances and managing daily cash control and banking processes.
• Execute daily stock procedures, handle customer orders, conduct weekly stock counts, and maintain storeroom organisation.
• Complete shoe pairing exercises to keep displays and stock presentation immaculate.
• Provide expert product knowledge, styling advice, and attentive service to build strong customer relationships.
• Uphold brand standards through meticulous store presentation and professional conduct.

Required profile

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
• 6 months to 1 year of retail experience, preferably in luxury or fashion retail.
• A passion for high‑end fashion, footwear, and customer engagement.

Required skills

• Strong numerical ability and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Detail‑oriented mindset to maintain brand standards.
