Learning & Development Technical Facilitator

About the role

The Learning & Development Technical Facilitator will drive a culture of continuous learning at Tharisa Minerals. You will plan, coordinate and deliver high‑quality training and assessments that align with the company’s people development philosophy and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Stay updated on mining technology, safety practices and industry trends to inform L&D strategies.
• Coordinate, deliver and monitor training and assessment programmes, ensuring fairness, transparency and validity.
• Evaluate learning programmes by tracking participant progress and making transparent performance judgments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot relevant learning management systems.
• Review and implement training schedules, adhering to timelines for workshops, classes and assessments.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions and conduct valid assessments aligned with organisational objectives.
• Collaborate with the L&D Specialist to develop, review and update training materials.
• Ensure all programmes comply with Tharisa Minerals policies, legislation and regulatory standards.
• Collect feedback, participate in audits and report non‑compliance for corrective action.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of mining technology and safety practices.
