About the Role

Main Responsibilities

• Assist the senior management team in the planning, coordination, and execution of complex projects.
• Manage task lists, project timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure timely delivery.
• Draft and maintain essential project documentation, including meeting minutes, action logs, and status reports.
• Act as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
• Support quality assurance processes to guarantee compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• University degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience or strong knowledge within the pharmaceutical or pharmacy sector.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong collaborative spirit in a team setting.
• Highly proactive with a keen eye for detail and a professional approach to client interactions.
