About the role
We are seeking a professional inbound customer service agent to support a US‑based healthcare client. The role is fully remote and operates on US Eastern Standard Time, including rotating shifts and weekend work.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Verify patient insurance details, personal information, and co‑payments.
- Schedule or reschedule appointments using the provided scheduling system.
- Provide accurate information about services and update patient records with precision.
- Maintain up‑to‑date logs of appointments, medical needs, and patient preferences.
Required profile
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly.
- Critical thinking when interpreting insurance information.
- Calm under pressure with empathy and patience.
- Reliability in meeting rotating US‑based shift schedules.
