Despatch Controller

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Despatch Controller to join our logistics team. In this role you will oversee the loading process, reconcile product movements and ensure accurate stock records.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the loading and reconciliation of all products.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports.
• Execute periodic stock counts.
• Coordinate the loading process with warehouse staff.
• Maintain Invocoms system records.
• Consolidate orders using Excel.
• Support internal reporting and disciplinary processes.

Required profile

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in stock control or a similar logistics role.
• Strong computer literacy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
