About the Position

Join the Medirite Plus Riverview team as a Customer Service Clerk, a vital role within our pharmacy's front shop. You will be the face of our establishment, ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless, professional, and welcoming shopping experience.

Main Missions

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting clients with their inquiries and needs.
• Manage front-shop operations, ensuring all customers are attended to promptly and professionally.
• Act as a product expert by maintaining deep knowledge of our retail products, services, and current promotions.
• Contribute to a positive shopping environment by maintaining organized and attractive product displays.
• Support the team in daily administrative and retail tasks to optimize customer flow.
