SAP Retail Solutions Architect (S/4HANA)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Retail Solutions Architect to lead S/4HANA implementations in a fast‑moving retail environment. The role combines strategic architecture with hands‑on delivery, ensuring that complex business needs are transformed into scalable SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end solution architecture and design for SAP Retail and S/4HANA projects.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Oversee integration across SAP and non‑SAP platforms, including Retail, SD, MM, Finance, BTP and BW.
• Drive transformation initiatives across merchandising, supply chain, finance and omni‑channel operations.
• Provide architectural oversight during implementation, testing, deployment and post‑go‑live support.
• Mentor junior consultants and enforce SAP governance and best‑practice standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of SAP experience, specifically in the retail industry.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Proven track record as a Solution Architect delivering enterprise‑scale SAP Retail projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities.
