Maintenance Manager

About the role

The Maintenance Manager will lead the safe operation and maintenance of PepsiCo's Bethlehem Mill, ensuring equipment reliability and compliance with statutory regulations. This senior role focuses on maximizing production availability through effective preventative maintenance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage the plant’s planned and preventative maintenance strategy.
• Drive improvements in maintenance KPIs in partnership with engineering staff.
• Oversee execution of all planned, ad‑hoc, and emergency worklists.
• Manage technical, process, and internal projects, including equipment upgrades and enhancements.
• Control the maintenance and energy budgets.
• Ensure occupational health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with strong technical abilities and proven experience resolving plant breakdowns permanently.
• Excellent people‑management skills to lead a diverse team.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to plan and manage challenging objectives in an unpredictable environment.
• High endurance for long hours and physical activity.
