Architecture Lead – AI-Native Platform

About the role

Morae is seeking an experienced Architecture Lead to shape the technical direction of its AI‑native product platform, MorAI. This senior leadership position will guide the design of scalable, secure, and enterprise‑ready solutions across the AI and SaaS ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define architecture standards and best practices for AI‑native and microservices‑based systems.
• Design scalable, multi‑tenant SaaS platforms that meet security, resilience, and compliance requirements.
• Govern APIs, integrations, and distributed systems to ensure consistency across teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevEx, and DevSecOps to drive architectural consistency.
• Support ongoing AI platform evolution and innovation.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
• 3+ years in a senior architecture or principal engineering role.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strategic thinker who can also work at a detailed technical level.
• Passion for AI innovation and scalable platform design.

Required skills

• AI‑native or AI‑driven platforms.
• Microservices and distributed systems.
• Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• API governance and enterprise architecture.
