Job description

职位概况

负责寻找、采购及改进机加工设备和刀具，确保生产线持续运作并满足质量要求。工作地点位于浙江省绍兴市新昌县，隶属万丰集团汽车零部件事业部。

主要职责

采购并引进用于系统持续改进的资本设备、刀具及相关组件。
与供应商紧密协作，确保产品按时发运并符合技术规格。
对现有设备进行持续改进和故障排除。
参加加工、装配设备的会议、规划、审批及布局工作，走访供应商。
作为客户联络人，保证设备及采购事项的充分沟通。
解决或纠正导致生产中断的设备和系统问题。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，工程类专业背景。
3-5年制造业工作经验，具备良好的项目管理经验。
熟悉4轴CNC编程，尤其是FANUC系统。
掌握R&R、CPK统计分析及机加工运行、夹具设计。
具备英语和普通话沟通能力。
