About the role

Join a leading organisation in Johannesburg and play a key role in delivering, supporting, and enhancing Sage X3 ERP solutions for finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution operations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and support Sage X3 ERP across multiple business modules.
• Configure, customise, and develop Sage X3 using 4GL scripting.
• Perform data migration, system integration, and manage upgrades.
• Provide user training, stakeholder engagement, and troubleshooting.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support business decision‑making.
• Document project activities and manage project deliverables.

Required profile

• Strong experience implementing and supporting Sage X3 ERP.
• Solid understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Distribution modules.
• Proven ability to analyse and optimise business processes.
• Experience gathering requirements and designing technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Relevant IT, Finance, Supply Chain or Business degree/diploma; Sage X3 certification is a plus.
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or financial services environments.
