Newly Admitted Attorneys – Real Estate Finance (2 positions)

About the role

We are looking for two newly admitted attorneys to join a well‑established legal practice in Kloof, Durban. The role focuses on real‑estate finance, specifically conveyancing and property‑related transactions, offering a fast‑paced environment for early‑career lawyers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with conveyancing and other property‑related transactions.
• Manage administrative and transactional processes from initiation to completion.
• Draft legal documentation, correspondence and client communications.
• Liaise with clients, conveyancers, banks and other stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and efficient matter management and filing.
• Provide general legal and administrative support to senior lawyers.

Required profile

• LLB degree and admission as an attorney.
• At least 1 year post‑qualification experience is advantageous.
• Exposure to conveyancing and property law matters.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Professional, client‑focused attitude with ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
