Logistics Planner

About the role

The Logistics Planner will join the Supply Chain Division to manage inbound inventory planning for both local and third‑party logistics (3PL) warehouses. You will ensure that stock is available for sales while maintaining strong relationships with logistics partners and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and monitor inbound inventory to local and 3PL warehouses.
• Manage inbound logistics activities until stock is ready for sales.
• Administer long‑term relationships with 3PL partners and drive continuous operational improvements using KPI data.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clear, timely communication with logistics partners (electronic, written, verbal).
• Collaborate with finance on cash‑flow queries, goods‑in‑transit reporting, and inbound freight activities.
• Oversee shipments OTIF, customs processes, and freight forwarder costs.
• Process international vendor invoices promptly.
• Lead automation and system improvements across the logistics function.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
• B‑Com degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills across global, cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to solve complex problems using business intelligence and data‑driven solutions.
• Energetic self‑starter with a strong work ethic in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint).
