IT Operations Support – Europe & Africa

About the role

We are looking for an IT Operations Support specialist to keep our technical ecosystem running smoothly across Europe and Africa. Reporting to the Global IT structure, you will be the go‑to expert for local office needs while upholding global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of Apple and PC hardware – procurement, custom configuration and asset tracking for offices from Amsterdam to Warsaw.
• Provide L1‑L2 support for core collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack and Keeper, following global identity policies.
• Maintain and troubleshoot creative post‑production infrastructure, including NAS storage, high‑end workstations and remote editing tools like Parsec.
• Ensure reliable network performance, VPN access and GDPR‑compliant security across the EMEA region.
• Implement global IT standards, keep technical documentation up to date and create internal troubleshooting guides.

Required profile

• Solid experience in IT support or system administration, preferably in a creative or media agency environment.
• Structured, hands‑on problem‑solver who not only resolves incidents but also improves underlying processes.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global IT team.
