About the role

The organisation Eljada Nasorg is seeking a dedicated Workshop Instructor to lead daily activities for adults with disabilities in Oudtshoorn. The role focuses on stimulating personal development, teaching new hand‑craft skills, and promoting emotional well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily optimal stimulation for adult participants with physical, psychological, or bodily disabilities.
• Plan and execute workshop projects on a daily basis.
• Teach and develop new hand‑craft skills for community members.
• Promote emotional well‑being and motivation among participants.
• Create innovative projects and programmes.
• Participate in relevant committees and fundraising initiatives.
• Engage in personal development through training and courses.

Required profile

• Good knowledge and understanding of physical, psychological and bodily disabilities.
• Experience working with adults aged 20–74 (preferred).
• Empathetic and patient approach to care and development.
• Valid driver’s licence.
