Graphic Designer - Paid Media & Performance Marketing

About the role

Burnt is seeking a creative, data‑driven Graphic Designer to lead the visual output of its paid media and performance marketing engine. You will craft scroll‑stopping static ads, motion graphics, and short‑form videos that drive ecommerce conversions across Meta, Google, TikTok and YouTube.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce high‑volume ad creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok and YouTube, including static, carousel and video formats.
• Edit and produce short‑form video ads and UGC‑style content for paid social channels.
• Develop concepts based on performance briefs, audience insights and funnel stage.
• Maintain and organise creative libraries across active campaigns.
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team to A/B test concepts and apply data‑driven improvements.
• Resize master assets for multiple placements efficiently and stay ahead of platform‑specific trends.

Required profile

• Proven graphic design experience focused on paid digital advertising.
• Portfolio showcasing ecommerce ad creative in both static and video formats.
• Ability to work quickly on multiple briefs without sacrificing quality.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of direct‑response design principles.
