Food & Beverage Supervisor – Luxury Lodge

About the role

We are seeking a professional Food & Beverage Supervisor to join a luxury hospitality property in the Pilanesberg region. The role involves overseeing daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards in a high‑end environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily Food & Beverage service operations, including restaurant and bar areas.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, presentation, and hygiene.
• Guide and support service staff during service, handling guest requests and complaints.
• Assist with staff training, performance management and motivation.
• Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Monitor operational standards, service efficiency and lodge professionalism.
• Participate in stock control, ordering and basic administrative procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory role within a lodge or similar hospitality setting.
• Strong guest relations and customer service orientation.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and lead a service team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Capability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Basic stock control knowledge.
