Data Scientist – AI & Machine Learning Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an innovative, commercially‑minded Data Scientist to design and deliver AI and machine learning solutions that improve HR and commercial decision‑making. You will work in a modern, cloud‑based analytics environment, collaborating with HR, operations and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement LLM‑powered applications for CV ingestion, candidate‑to‑role matching, semantic search and other HR use cases.
• Develop advanced pricing, discount and elasticity models, as well as customer segmentation and anomaly detection analytics.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines, enforce data quality, and monitor operational analytics processes.
• Create Power BI dashboards and executive‑ready visualisations that translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
• Manage Git‑based workflows, resolve merge conflicts, and ensure smooth API and data integration monitoring.

Required profile

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data science or machine‑learning roles.
• Hands‑on experience building AI/LLM solutions and deploying models with MLflow and Databricks.
• Strong analytical and statistical modelling background.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualisation; exposure to semantic search/NLP is a plus.
