Virtual Assistant Travel Concierge

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Travel Concierge to craft seamless, high‑quality travel experiences for our clients. Using AI‑powered tools, you will research, recommend, and book hotels, restaurants, and attractions while communicating directly with travelers via WhatsApp.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with travelers on WhatsApp, understand preferences, and respond within 10‑20 minutes.
• Research and verify hotels, restaurants, attractions, and logistics using AI tools and reliable sources.
• Coordinate bookings for hotels, car rentals, and travel itineraries across multiple platforms.
• Write and curate destination guides and travel recommendations for marketing content.
• Handle special requests, manage last‑minute changes, and maintain a calm, professional tone.

• Detail‑oriented and reliable, catching mistakes before they become problems.
• Exceptional written English with clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
