Systems Administrator – IT Operations Backbone

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, configure and support Windows and Linux servers, network infrastructure and related IT systems.
• Monitor system performance, proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access controls.
• Implement and oversee data backup, security and disaster recovery processes.
• Support IT upgrades, installations and system improvements, including cloud platform integrations.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments.
• Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or similar) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
