Senior Learning Partner

About the role

Safeguard Global is looking for a Senior Learning Partner to drive organizational capability through business‑aligned learning solutions. In this senior individual‑contributor position you will own the full learning lifecycle—from needs analysis to design, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement—supporting onboarding, role‑specific development, leadership growth and ongoing skill enhancement.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to diagnose performance gaps, define business outcomes and create a learning roadmap.
• Design and deliver high‑impact learning sessions for new hires and existing employees across multiple topics and time zones.
• Lead onboarding and induction programs, ensuring a consistent learner experience globally.
• Coach facilitators and subject‑matter experts on best‑practice delivery techniques.
• Own end‑to‑end program management, including scope, timelines, communications, stakeholder alignment and success metrics.
• Project‑manage learning activities, remove blockers and manage dependencies.
• Maintain user access in learning platforms, define standards and templates to improve scalability.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal partners to source, co‑develop or deliver solutions.
• Create, curate and update curricula, job aids and resources using adult‑learning principles.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior learning or L&D partner, influencing senior leaders without formal authority.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data to demonstrate learning effectiveness.
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, capable of adapting delivery methods as needed.
• Project‑management expertise with a track record of delivering complex learning programs on time.
