About the role
The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing customer relationships. This position focuses on proactive outreach, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves regular interaction with prospects, preparation of sales documentation, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to acquire new customers.
- Attain monthly sales budgets and revenue goals.
- Follow up on orders and prepare quotations.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Manage administrative functions related to sales activities.
- Perform sales and customer‑satisfaction duties throughout the sales cycle.
- Advise customers on product or service options.
- Uphold and promote the company’s values and culture in all interactions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales or customer‑service environments.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks associated with sales processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
