About the role
We are seeking a high‑performing Sales and Marketing Representative to join our remote team. You will focus on high‑volume outbound cold‑calling to set qualified appointments for recruitment agencies serving UK‑based SMEs.
Key responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to targeted companies.
- Use scripts, call sheets, and training materials to deliver value‑based messaging.
- Identify decision makers, build rapport quickly, and book qualified meetings.
- Track outreach activity, call notes, and meeting conversions on our sales platform.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine communication, objection handling, and call strategy.
- Participate in regular training sessions focused on sales skills, mindset, and performance.
- Achieve and exceed weekly metrics for calls made, connections, and meetings booked.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience booking appointments through cold calling.
- Proven high‑volume outbound cold‑calling experience.
- Track record of booking 10–20 qualified appointments per month.
- Strong communication and objection‑handling abilities.
- Highly motivated, competitive, and results‑driven.
- Experience working with UK‑based SMEs.
