Regional Operations Manager – Gauteng

About the role

We are looking for a visionary Regional Operations Manager to lead KFC restaurants across Gauteng. You will drive growth, profitability and operational excellence while ensuring brand standards and an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to Area Coaches and Restaurant Managers.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to exceed sales and profitability targets.
• Oversee training and development to maintain KFC service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and brand operating procedures.
• Address customer service issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, P&L and overall financial performance of the region.
• Develop and execute regional strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Operations, Hospitality, Marketing or Commerce.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar operational leadership role.
• Proven experience within the Quick Service Restaurant sector.
• Strong strategic leadership, people development and commercial acumen.
• Ability to make data‑driven decisions and hold teams accountable for results.
