Part-time Employment Relations Lecturer (Independent Contractor)

About the role

Eduvos is seeking an independent contractor to join its Tygervalley campus on a part‑time basis as an Employment Relations Lecturer. The role involves delivering commerce‑related modules to undergraduate students and supporting the department’s administrative activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess lectures and tutorials in employment relations and related commerce subjects.
• Develop teaching materials, case studies and assessment tools aligned with the curriculum.
• Provide timely feedback and grades to students.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews and quality‑assurance processes.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, record‑keeping and student support as required.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in employment relations, commerce, law or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience teaching at a college or university level.
• Ability to work independently on a flexible schedule, generally during normal business hours.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
