Lecturer & Module Coordinator – Electrical/Electronic Engineering

About the role

STADIO is seeking an experienced academic to join its Electrical/Electronic Engineering faculty as a Lecturer and Module Coordinator. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality lectures both on‑site and online, while overseeing the development and assessment of the associated module.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lectures in‑venue and online.
• Provide feedback to students, coordinate with programme leads and moderate assessments.
• Maintain consultation hours, manage the module Q&A forum and support students at risk.
• Contribute to programme review, student induction and recruitment activities.
• Oversee creation, review and alignment of study guides with prescribed textbooks.
• Draft formal assessments, conduct pre‑moderation, appoint moderators and mark a minimum number of assessments.
• Analyse assessment outcomes, sign off results and participate in post‑assessment meetings.
• Engage in professional development, community initiatives and stay current with teaching methodologies.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to deliver lectures and manage module content in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Experience with assessment design, moderation and student support processes.
• Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and scholarly teaching activities.
