Lead Generator – Health & Wellness

About the role

IPS Health & Wellness is seeking a motivated Lead Generator to join its Lead Generation team in Johannesburg. You will engage existing clients, conduct telephonic health assessments, and qualify high‑quality leads for the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to current clients offering health vouchers for family and friends.
• Conduct telephonic health assessments with prospective clients to determine eligibility and interest.
• Qualify and prepare leads before handing them over to the sales team.
• Capture accurate client information in the CRM system and keep lead records up to date.
• Maintain daily and weekly lead generation targets while ensuring both volume and quality standards.

Required profile

• Matric qualification; a three‑year degree is advantageous.
• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and rapport‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Target‑driven, adaptable, and enthusiastic with strong objection‑handling abilities.
