About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Coffee Shop Manager to lead our coffee shop restaurant in Randburg, Johannesburg. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high service standards, and supporting the team in delivering a great customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage opening and closing procedures, ensuring the shop is ready for service.
• Control stock levels, order supplies and monitor inventory.
• Supervise back‑of‑house operations and general kitchen management.
• Coordinate staff schedules and support team performance.

Required profile

• At least three years of experience in restaurant management.
• Proven experience in back‑of‑house and kitchen operations.
• Articulate, organized and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ambitious with a strong work ethic.
