Industrial Engineer – Continuous Improvement & Data Analytics

About the role

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer with a keen eye for inefficiencies and a passion for data‑driven operational excellence. Based in Pretoria, you will join high‑performance organisations to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing, logistics and supply‑chain environments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyse process inefficiencies using advanced analytics and Power BI.
• Develop and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting tools for operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise production, warehouse and supply‑chain workflows.
• Support capacity planning, cost‑reduction and productivity improvement projects.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, logistics or operational settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with process optimisation and continuous‑improvement programmes.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to turn data into actionable insights.
