About the role

We are seeking a professional inbound customer service agent to support a US‑based healthcare client. The role is fully remote and operates on US Eastern Standard Time, including rotating shifts and weekend work.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Verify patient insurance details, personal information, and co‑payments.
• Schedule or reschedule appointments using the provided scheduling system.
• Provide accurate information about services and update patient records with precision.
• Maintain up‑to‑date logs of appointments, medical needs, and patient preferences.
