Graduate Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Graduate Engineer to join our Structures team in Cape Town. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work on civil engineering projects, develop design skills and gain hands‑on experience in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Support the structures team in the design and analysis of civil projects.
• Assist with the preparation of engineering drawings using Revit software.
• Conduct site inspections to verify construction quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and other disciplines to deliver project deliverables.

Required profile

• BEng or BTech degree in Civil Engineering.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience or internship exposure.
• Strong communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency or exposure to Revit software.
