GenAI Trainer – Virtual Instructor-Led Trainer

About the role

Brandtech+ is seeking a passionate GenAI Trainer to deliver virtual, instructor‑led sessions on its proprietary generative AI software. You will work in a hybrid environment, helping participants across regions master AI tools and adopt new workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver best‑in‑class instructor‑led training for GenAI technology at regional and market levels.
• Support program‑specific onboarding and change adoption in target markets.
• Provide practical workflow coaching and follow‑up to ensure participant competence.
• Facilitate learning in online communities and continuously improve training materials.
• Maintain consistent global training standards and simplify complex software features into clear concepts.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of proven instructor‑led training experience, preferably on technology platforms.
• At least 1 year of experience delivering AI‑focused training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong passion for technology and artificial intelligence.
