About the role
The Debriefing Manager – Transport is responsible for overseeing the performance and reliability of all vehicle‑installed systems within the transport operation. This role ensures that data generated by these systems flows accurately, driver behaviour complies with standards, and that technical, administrative and operational teams work in harmony. The role also drives continuous‑improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity and operational reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and optimise vehicle‑installed systems and related operational processes.
- Ensure accurate data flow from vehicle systems to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and enforce compliant driver behaviour.
- Coordinate effectively between technical, administrative and operational teams.
- Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, productivity and operational reliability.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing vehicle‑installed systems within a transport environment.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and data integrity.
- Ability to work across technical, administrative and operational functions.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and reliability.
- Experience in driving continuous improvement within transport operations.
