About the role
We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter / Inside Sales Representative to join our fast‑growing real‑estate team remotely. You will be the first point of contact for potential buyers and sellers, qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for our agents.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to inbound and outbound leads via phone and email.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their buying or selling needs.
- Maintain consistent follow‑up to nurture relationships.
- Schedule qualified appointments for real‑estate agents.
- Track interactions and update lead information in the CRM.
Required profile
- Strong verbal communication and phone confidence.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads.
- Self‑motivated and results‑driven.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑based environment.
