About the role

We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant / Office Administrator to support a fast‑growing physical therapy and wellness company based in Florida. Working remotely, you will help streamline daily operations, ensure smooth patient communication, and provide high‑quality administrative support to therapists and staff.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations and calendar coordination.
  • Respond promptly to emails, messages and phone inquiries with professional communication.
  • Perform data entry, documentation and record‑keeping while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Assist with insurance verification and patient intake processes as needed.
  • Coordinate workflows between therapists, office staff and patients to improve efficiency.
  • Provide customer support before, during and after appointments, including follow‑ups and reminders.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in a healthcare, medical, wellness or physical‑therapy environment.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with scheduling tools.
  • Experience using CRMs.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and standard office software.
