Tractor Technician – Multiple Locations in South Africa

About the role

We are urgently seeking qualified Tractor Technicians to support our operations across several South African regions, including the Western Cape, North West and KwaZulu‑Natal. The role is based in Johannesburg but will involve travel to client sites where agricultural machinery is serviced.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on tractors, harvesters and balers.
• Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic faults and carry out corrective repairs.
• Repair engines, transmissions, PTOs and other critical components.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Provide technical support and advice to farm operators.
• Travel to multiple locations as required.

Required profile

• Trade‑tested and certified in agricultural equipment maintenance.
• Proven experience working on tractors, harvesters and balers.
• Ability to work independently in field environments.
• Valid South African driver’s licence.
• Willingness to travel to the Western Cape, North West and KwaZulu‑Natal.
