Technical Lead – AI‑Augmented TV, Mobile & Web Apps

About the role

We3World Ltd is looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive the development of AI‑augmented applications across Smart TV, mobile and web platforms. This hands‑on leadership position will use Claude AI as a core productivity partner and integrate external AI services such as OpenAI and Together AI to deliver cutting‑edge image‑to‑image and generative features.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage Claude AI for design, coding, debugging and maintenance of cross‑platform applications.
• Define and document AI‑assisted development standards, including code review, testing and security checks.
• Integrate OpenAI (GPT) and Together AI APIs, exposing capabilities through backend services and client apps.
• Build and maintain image‑to‑image pipelines (style transfer, inpainting, upscaling, generative variations) using models like FLUX and Stable Diffusion.
• Architect prompt‑engineering, model selection and parameter‑tuning strategies for consistent output.
• Implement robust AI workload handling: queuing, async processing, streaming responses, retries, rate limiting and fallback mechanisms.
• Manage API keys, billing, usage quotas and cost monitoring with alerting.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, publishing pipelines, store submissions and security across the entire application estate.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading cross‑platform (TV, mobile, web) development teams.
• Hands‑on expertise in AI integration and prompt engineering.
• Strong background in CI/CD, server infrastructure and application security.
• Ability to work fully remote and collaborate closely with designers and product owners.
