Talent Recruiter – Influencer Sourcing (Remote)

About the role

DolFinContent LLC is looking for a proactive Talent Recruiter to expand its influencer roster. Working remotely, you will identify high-potential creators, conduct outreach, and guide them through onboarding while supporting the agency’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Kick and emerging platforms.
• Conduct professional outreach via social media, email and networking tools.
• Manage onboarding, including agreements, documentation and profile setup.
• Maintain accurate talent databases, recruitment pipelines and performance metrics.
• Research trends to spot emerging creators with strong growth potential.
• Collaborate with Talent and Sales teams to match creators with campaign opportunities.
• Provide weekly recruitment reports and support general talent operations.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent organization, time-management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Interest in influencer marketing and digital media.
