Systematic Literature Reviewer – Hybrid (Greece/Portugal/Spain/South Africa)

About the role

The Systematic Literature Reviewer will support IQVIA's Real World Solutions team by delivering high‑quality evidence synthesis and health‑economic analyses for life‑science clients across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South Africa. This hybrid position combines methodological expertise with project leadership to shape the team’s literature review capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute systematic literature searches across databases such as EMBASE, MEDLINE, Cochrane and PubMed.
• Develop and maintain search strategies using OVID SP or equivalent platforms.
• Stay current on emerging systematic review methodologies and HTA requirements.
• Manage literature review projects, providing senior oversight and guidance to junior team members.
• Collaborate with the EMEA RWS Center of Excellence and senior leadership to enhance service offerings.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of systematic literature methods (e.g., Cochrane standards).
• Experience developing independent search strategies in major biomedical databases.
• Ability to lead and shape literature review services within a multidisciplinary team.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of health‑technology assessment (HTA) requirements.
