Social Media & Growth Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media & Growth Specialist to elevate our digital presence and drive corporate sales. Working remotely with overlap of UK business hours, you will shape brand storytelling across multiple platforms and manage the front‑facing customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Tailor content for each platform, with a focus on a professional LinkedIn presence for corporate clients.
• Script, storyboard and coordinate shoots with freelance videographers/photographers.
• Edit raw footage into high‑performing Reels, TikToks and posts.
• Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Identify and execute direct‑to‑business marketing within a 30‑mile radius of the forge.
• Manage and optimise paid social campaigns on Google, Instagram and Facebook.
• Build and run email campaigns to nurture the community.
• Serve as primary contact for customer queries via email and social media.
• Handle basic order coordination in Shopify and maintain course scheduling calendars.

Required profile

• Proven track record of growing social media accounts and delivering measurable business results (portfolio required).
• Experience with B2B or corporate marketing on LinkedIn is highly desirable.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.

Required skills

• Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn platform expertise.
• Shopify administration.
• Outlook and Google Workspace proficiency.
• Scheduling software (e.g., Plannable).
• Paid social advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
• Email marketing campaign management.
• Video editing for short‑form content.
