Site Fitter & Team Supervisor – Aluminium Systems

About the role

The Site Fitter & Team Supervisor for Aluminium Systems is responsible for overseeing the on‑site installation of aluminium products while leading the installation team. You will ensure projects are completed to specification, on schedule, and meet the company’s quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise installation of aluminium shopfront doors, windows, stack doors and related systems.
• Oversee removal of existing installations and prepare sites for new fittings.
• Follow installation schedules and technical drawings provided by clients or project managers.
• Make on‑site adjustments or alterations to products as required.
• Lead and coordinate the installation team to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
• Perform maintenance or repairs on installed products when needed.
• Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in aluminium installation or a similar role.
• Previous experience supervising or leading a team.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Willingness to travel to different sites and work flexible hours.
