Signage Designer – Client & Project Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Signage Designer who can manage the full lifecycle of signage projects – from initial client enquiry through to final sign‑off. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering high‑quality visual solutions while maintaining strong commercial awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound client enquiries via email and phone, building professional relationships.
• Gather detailed briefs, advise on suitable signage solutions, and keep clients informed throughout the project.
• Coordinate projects from quotation to production, managing multiple live projects simultaneously.
• Create signage visuals, proofs, mock‑ups, and vehicle wrap designs using existing branding guidelines.
• Prepare artwork for shopfront, fascias, tray signs, external signage, internal wayfinding, and branding graphics.
• Use CRM systems to log, track, and update enquiries, quotes, and project status.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the signage industry with end‑to‑end project knowledge.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commercially minded with the ability to produce cost‑effective designs.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage several projects without sacrificing accuracy.
