About the role

We are seeking a Senior Travel Designer to join our team at Legendary Expeditions & Chem Chem Lodges. This full‑time hybrid position is based in Cape Town with flexibility for remote work. You will craft unforgettable safari experiences for our luxury guests while managing all aspects of travel planning and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and coordinate bespoke travel itineraries for high‑end safari clients.
• Handle reservations, bookings, and travel documentation with precision.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
• Oversee travel consulting and management tasks, ensuring seamless execution.
• Collaborate with lodge and camp teams to align travel plans with on‑site experiences.

Required profile

• 5+ years of senior‑level experience in luxury travel or hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high‑quality results.

Required skills

• Travel consulting, travel management, and travel arrangement expertise.
• Customer service and reservations experience.
• Knowledge of safari destinations and wildlife conservation.
