Senior Registered Nurse (Inpatients 1 and HDU)

About the role

This part‑time position is for a Senior Registered Nurse working on Inpatient Ward 1 and the High Dependency Unit (HDU). You will support the delivery of safe, high‑quality patient care while ensuring compliance with hospital standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide domestic services across clinical and non‑clinical departments in hospitals and health centres.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations and infection control protocols.
• Follow Audit Scotland and HAI task‑force requirements and the National Cleaning Services Specification.
• Work the scheduled shifts: Monday‑Thursday 07:30‑15:00 and Friday 07:30‑14:32.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualified to work in inpatient and HDU settings.
• Part‑time availability matching the shift pattern.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
• PVG Scheme membership or willingness to obtain it before starting.
• Willingness to undergo the appropriate criminal records check.
