About the Position

A well-established and prestigious Law Firm located in Pretoria East is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated RAF Attorney to join our growing litigation team. Main Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of Road Accident Fund (RAF) litigation matters from inception to settlement or trial.
• Represent plaintiffs effectively in all legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft comprehensive legal documents, pleadings, and opinions.
• Work autonomously to drive cases forward, ensuring all deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, stakeholders, and opposing counsel.

Candidate Profile

• Hold a valid LLB degree.
• Possess between 5 to 10 years of post-articles experience specifically in RAF litigation on behalf of plaintiffs.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage high-pressure caseloads with minimal supervision.
• Strong professional integrity and a results-driven mindset.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Road Accident Fund (RAF) litigation and personal injury law.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.
• Advanced legal drafting and litigation strategy skills.
